Delivering for Area D: Dedicated Leadership, Proven Results
Serving as your Director on the Strathcona Regional District Board means fighting for rural priorities every single day. Good governance requires balancing strong foundational values—transparency, fiscal responsibility, and persistent advocacy—with concrete action on the projects that directly impact our daily lives.
From ensuring fair funding across regional services to upgrading our core infrastructure, my focus has always been on delivering tangible progress for our community while making sure Area D has a strong, uncompromising voice at the board table.
Delivering on Local Priorities
Fiscal Equity & Recreation Services: Actively pushing to reform the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Service funding model so rural residents aren't carrying an unfair financial burden.
Infrastructure & Water Security: Modernizing local water infrastructure—including reliable meter replacement initiatives—to safeguard our natural resources and secure long-term service quality.
Smart Community Growth: Balancing sensible zoning and development permits with environmental protection to preserve the unique rural character of Area D.
Grounded in Core Values
Accountability First: Making sure every tax dollar is managed responsibly and transparently.
Persistent Advocacy: Standing up for rural residents to ensure our needs are never sidelined in regional decisions.
Community-Driven Results: Listening to local concerns and turning them into practical solutions on the regional board.
There is still critical work ahead to secure fair regional funding and build resilient infrastructure for Area D.
On October 17th, I ask for your vote so we can keep this momentum going together.
This website was created to keep the community informed. No tax dollars are being used as this is a personal website that I maintain and pay for.
As with any election I will be looking for a number of volunteers. If you are able to commit a few hours of time please contact me.
